Whole Wheat Carrot Bread

Directions
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs, honey, olive oil, milk, and vanilla.
- Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
- Stir in shredded carrots.
- Pour into 2 greased loaf pans or a greased cake pan.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if using.
Baking Instructions
Bake at 350 F for about an hour or until a toothpick put into the center of the bread come out clean.
