Healthy Spelt Banana Bread Recipe

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Cream butter, banana and sugar.
- Combine eggs and beat well.
- Add dry ingredients, mix well.
- Optional: Cut up ripe banana slices to lay on top of loaf or sprinkle chocolate chips.
Baking Instructions
Bake at 350 F for 60 minutes. Bake in a small, well-greased cake pan for the single recipe or a large cake pan for the double recipe. Bake for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
