| Healthy Spelt Apple Spice Bread Recipe |

| 1 1/3 cup |
| Spelt Flour, Whole Grain |
| 2 tsp |
| Baking Powder |
| 2 tsp |
| Cinnamon |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Nutmeg |
| 1/4 tsp |
| Cloves |
| 2 |
| Eggs |
| 1 tsp |
| Vanilla Extract |
| 1/4 cup |
| Olive Oil |
| 2/3 cup |
| Honey |
| 2 cups |
| Apple (two different varieties), peeled, chopped and lightly packed |
| 1 tsp |
| Sea Salt |

  Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix the spelt flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and sea salt in a mixing bowl and set aside.
- In a large, microwave safe mixing bowl, microwave honey until it looks runny enough to mix.
- Whisk the olive oil, applesauce, vanilla extract and milk into the honey.
- Whisk in the eggs, one at a time.
- Whisk in half of the dry ingredients. Then whisk in the second half.
- With a mixing spoon, gently mix or fold in the chopped apples.
- Pour into the greased loaf pan.

Baking Instructions
Bake at 350F for an hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the Apple Bread comes out clean. Let cool for an hour before cutting.
