| Healthy Peanut Oat Bars Recipe

  Ingredients

| Egg, Large |
| 1 cup |
| Peanut Butter, natural |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Vanilla Extract |
| 1/2 cup |
| Honey |
| 1/4 tsp |
| Sea Salt, optional |
| 1 cup |
| Oats, Large Flake |
| 1/3 cup |
| Peanuts, chopped |

  Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325F.
- Mix the egg, peanut butter, vanilla, honey, and salt, if using, in a mixing bowl until well blended. You may want to warm up the peanut butter and honey in the microwave for a little bit first so it's easier to mix.
- Mix in the oats.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the peanuts evenly on top.

Baking Instructions
Bake at 325 F for about 20 minutes. After the squares have cooled, chill them for half an hour before serving. Store them in the refrigerator or in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
