| Healthy Banana Chips Recipe

  Ingredients
| 3 medium |
| Bananas, ripe but not mushy |
| 1 Tbsp |
| Lemon Juice |
| 1 Tbsp |
| Honey |
| 1 tsp |
| Olive Oil |

  Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Peel and slice bananas about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Toss sliced bananas in lemon juice and then spread in a single layer on a large parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the honey and microwave for about 20 seconds.
- Add the olive oil to the honey and mix well.
- Brush the honey and oil evenly on all the bananas.

Baking Instructions
Bake at 425F for 20-30 minutes or until the banana chips turn a light, golden brown. Store in an airtight container.
Sometimes I sprinkle cinnamon on all or part of the banana chips when they are fresh out of the oven!
