| Healthy Strawberry Mango Sorbet Recipe

  Ingredients
| 1 or 2 |
| Extra Ripe Mango, one large or two medium |
| 1/2 cup |
| Strawberries, Frozen |
| 1/4 cup |
| Apple Juice |

  Directions
- Halve the mango/es. Peel and pit them. Slice the mango/es into one inch square cubes before putting them in the freezer overnight.
- Add the mangoes, strawberries and apple juice to a blender.
- Pulse as much as possible. If the blender gets stuck, stop pulsing and stir the contents with a spoon.
- Continue pulsing until all the big chunks are small enough to blend easily.
- Blend on medium to high speed as needed until a smooth creamy mixture is formed. Continue using a spoon to stir if the blender gets stuck.
- Pour the contents of the blender into a freezer safe container and freeze for 40-60 minutes.
- Spoon into bowls. Serves 2.
- Note: You can also probably use an ice cream maker for the freezing part but I don't own one so I've never tried it.
