| Healthy Blueberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

  Ingredients
| 2 |
| Ripe Bananas, peeled |
| 1/2 cup |
| Plain No Fat Yogurt |
| 1 cup |
| Milk |
| 1/2 cup |
| Frozen Strawberries |
| 1 1/2 cup |
| Frozen Blueberries |

  Directions
- Quarter the bananas. Put in a container and freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Add the yogurt and milk to the blender.
- Add frozen banana chunks.
- Follow with the frozen strawberries and blueberries.
- Start blending the smoothie on a low speed to break up the big chunks of food. Slowly increase the speed until no clumps remain.
- Makes 2 large smoothies that are excellent on a hot day!
