| Healthy Vegetable Pasta Sauce Recipe

| Oil |

| Minced Garlic |
| 1 can |
| Crushed Tomatoes |
| 1/2 |
| Small zucchini, sliced |
| 1/2 |
| Green pepper |
| 1/2 |
| Red pepper |
| 2 |
| Large carrots, sliced |
| 1 Tbsp |
| Oregano |
| 2 tsp |
| Basil |
|
| Salt to taste |

| Pepper to taste |

  Directions
- In a sauce pan heat oil and minced garlic on medium heat.
- Add the can of crushed tomatoes.
- Add all the vegetables and herbs. Cook with lid on pot partially open.
- When sauce gets thick enough that bubbles are popping and splattering sauce reduce to low heat until desired thickness is reached.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Pour over cooked and drained whole grain pasta.
