| Lemon juice |

| Medium onion |
| 2 tsp |
| Paprika |

| Salt and Pepper |
| 1/4 tsp |
| Liquid smoke (optional) |

  Directions
- Place large soup pot on an element heated to medium.
- Pour olive oil in and add garlic after it is heated.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Continue cooking for an hour, stirring occasionally.
