| Healthy Trail Mix Popcorn Recipe |

  Ingredients
| 4 - 6 cups |
| Popcorn, popped |
| 1/4 cup |
| Raisins |
| 2 Tbsp |
| Currants |
| 2 Tbsp |
| Pumpkin seeds |
| 3 Tbsp |
| Peanut Butter |
| 2 Tbsp |
| Honey |
| 1 Tbsp |
| Butter |
| dash |
| Salt |

  Directions
- Melt the honey, peanut butter and butter in a microwave save bowl and wait for all of the ingredients to be melted, approximately 30 seconds. Mix well.
- Pour half of the popcorn into a large mixing bowl. Follow with half of the honey mixture and mix to coat.
- Pour half of the raisins, currants, pumpkin seeds and salt onto the popcorn mixture. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the last half of the ingredients.
- Eat promptly. Serves 2-3 people.
