| Healthy Chocolate Oat Balls Recipe |

  Ingredients
| 3 Tbsp |
| Cocoa Powder, unsweetened |
| 1/3 cup |
| Honey |
| 1/2 cup |
| Peanut Butter, natural and crunchy |
| 1 1/2 cups |
| Oats, Large Flake |
| 1/2 cup |
| Milk |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Vanilla |
| 1/2 cup |
| Seeds or Chopped Nuts, optional |

  Directions
- Heat cocoa powder, honey, peanut butter and milk in the microwave until you can mix it well.
- Add the vanilla.
- Stir in the oats and nuts or seeds, if desired.
- To form the mixture into balls, there's a couple of options. Either chill mixture for 10 minutes in the refrigerator and then form into 9-12 balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Or if you have silicone muffin liners, you can use a coffee spoon to spoon enough of the mixture into the liners so that the cups are 2/3 full when firmly pressed down.
- Freeze overnight. Serve frozen or defrost at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
