| Healthy Chewy Chocolate Cherry Bars Recipe |

  Ingredients
| 2/3 cup |
| Dried Cherries, halved |
| 3 Tbsp |
| Cocoa Powder, unsweetened |
| 1 cup |
| Puffed Millet |
| 1 cup |
| Rolled Oats |
| 1/3 cup |
| Honey |
| 1/2 cup |
| Milk |
| 1/2 cup |
| Peanut Butter, natural |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Vanilla extract |
| 1/2 cup |
| Hemp Seeds, raw, unshelled |
| 1/3 cup |
| Dried Cherries for topping (optional) |

| Grape Seed Oil, to oil an 8 by 8 inch baking pan |

  Directions
- In a large microwave safe mixing bowl, add the cocoa powder, milk, peanut butter and honey.
- Microwave for 40 seconds. Stir well and microwave for longer as needed for the mixture to be easily mixed together.
- Mix the vanilla into the contents of the mixing bowl.
- Add the puffed millet, rolled oats, and dried cherries.
- Oil a 8 by 8 inch baking dish and put aside.
- Taste a spoonful of the mixture. When it's at about room temperature, mix in the hemp seeds.
- Press the mixture into the oiled baking dish.
- Sprinkle the rest of the dried cherries evenly on top of the dish, pressing them into the mix a little bit.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight or until the mixture has chilled enough to cut.
- Cut into 8 bars. Freeze the bars in an airtight container.
