| 1 Tbsp |

  Directions
- In a small, microwave safe mixing bowl add peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 15-20 seconds or until mixture is easy to mix.
- Whisk peanut butter and honey together. Whisk in the yogurt, applesauce, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
- Stir in the sesame seeds.
- Wash and core the apples before cutting each of them into about 12 pieces.
- Serve promptly. If you are not going to be serving immediately, toss the apple slices in the lemon juice and refrigerate the apples and the dip until they are ready to be eaten.
- Serves about 4 people.
- Although this dip is great with apples, I've paired it with many other fruits and vegetables. For a party platter, double the dip recipe and arrange apples, crisp sliced pears, pretzel sticks, thickly sliced bananas (use fondue spears for this though), celery sticks and baby carrots around the peanut butter dip. You can also include a little bowl of raisins to throw on the fruit or vegetables after dipping them.
