| Healthy Peanut Butter and Jam Muffins Recipe | |
  Ingredients

| Peanut Butter, natural |
| 1/2 cup |
| Honey |
| 1 cup |
| Milk |
| 2 |
| Eggs |
| 2 cups |
| Whole Grain Flour (whole wheat, kamut or spelt) |
| 1 1/2 Tbsp |
| Baking Powder |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Salt |

| All-fruit Jam, enough to put a scoop in the middle of each muffin (makes about 12) |

  Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a small mixing bowl and put aside.
- Heat peanut butter up in a large, microwave safe mixing bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds or until it is soft enough to mix.
- Add honey and milk to the peanut butter.
- Add 1/3 of the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Mix in the eggs.
- Stir in the rest of the dry ingredients.
- Put about 1/3 cup of batter in each silicone lined muffin tin (using a 12 muffin tin pan).
- Scoop a spoonful of jam into the center of each muffin.
- Scoop the rest of the batter on top of the jam.

Baking Instructions
Bake for 15 minutes at 400F.
