| whole wheat flour |
| 2 1/2 cups |
| fresh or frozen blueberries |
| 1/4 cup |
| milk |
| 1/4 cup |
| orange juice |
| about half an orange |
| orange zest |

  Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 and put 18 silicone muffin liners on a baking sheet. Spray each of the muffin liners with a spray of olive oil.
- Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt) in a yogurt container. Put aside.
- Measure blueberries into another yogurt container.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix brown sugar/honey, oil, lemon juice and vanilla. Then add eggs. Mix well.
- Pour half of the dry ingredients into the large bowl and mix well. Pour half of the milk in and mix well. Repeat with remaining dry ingredients and milk.
- Mix the blueberries in.
- Using a 1/3 cup scoop fill the cups almost full.

Baking Instructions
Bake at 375F for 30-33 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
