Bean Vegetable Burger Recipe

Directions
- Oil pan and cook garlic, green beans, and red pepper. Add frozen vegetable mix and stir. Cover pot and turn off element.
- In food processor or blender, blend drained and rinsed soy beans and black beans and put in large mixing bowl. Mix in cooked brown basmati rice.
- When the vegetable mix has cooled, blend them in the food processor with the aged cheddar cheese. Add to bean mixture. Add seasoning.
- Mix in eggs.
- Mix in Cornmeal flour and bread crumbs.
- Place balls onto parchment lined baking sheet and form into patties.n towel and place in a warm place for about an hour.
Baking Instructions
Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes. Flip and then bake for 5 minutes more.
