  Ingredients
| 3 3/4 cup |
| Whole Wheat Flour |
| 5 |
| Large Eggs |
| 1 Tbsp |
| Olive Oil |
| if needed |
| Water |

  Directions
- Place the flour and a pinch of salt (if desired) in a mixing bowl and stir.
- Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and place the blended eggs and olive oil in the well.
- With a fork, stir from the center pulling a bit of flour in at a time.
- When the dough become too stiff to use a fork you will have to use your hands to form it into a ball.
- Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead until thoroughly mixed. If needed, add water a Tbsp at a time until the dough is easy to work with.
- Roll out half the dough until desired thinness if reached. Aim for a rectangular shape.
- Cut in 2 1/2 inch wide strips and cut off any extra length so the noodles fit your lasagna pan.
- Repeat with other half of dough.
