  Ingredients
| 2 cans (796 ml) |
| Diced Tomatoes (with herbs) |
| 2 Tbsp |
| Minced Garlic |
| 1 can (540 ml) |
| Kidney Beans |
| 1 can (540 ml) |
| Black Beans |
| 1 |
| Red Pepper, cut up |
| 1 |
| Green Pepper, cut up |
| 1 1/2 cup |
| Green Beans, cut up |
| 1 sm package |
| Corn, frozen |
| 1/2 cup |
| Carrots, chopped |
| 2 Tbsp |
| Taco Seasoning |
| 2 Tbsp |
| Olive Oil |
| 2 tsp |
| Salt, optional |
| 1 small can |
| Tomato Paste, optional |

  Directions
- Pour the diced tomatoes into a large pot on medium heat.
- Rinse and drain the kidney and black beans and add them to the tomatoes.
- Add all the other ingredients except the tomato paste, if using.
- Either boil down until desired thickness is reached or add tomato paste to thicken.
- Best served over brown basmati rice.
