| Spelt Flour |

| Honey |

| Salt |
| 1 3/4 cup |
| Milk |
| 3 1/2 tsp |
| Baking Powder |

| Egg |
| 2 Tbsp |
| Olive Oil |

  Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Mix in milk and oil.
- Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir well.
- Add oil or butter to a pan and put on Medium heat. The pan is heated when a drop of water sizzles when dropped onto the pan.
- Use a soup ladle to put batter into pan. Flip when bubbles appear and stay formed. You can put a lid on the pan to speed up the cooking time.
