| Healthy Spelt Lasagna Pasta Noodles by Food Processor Recipe | |
  Ingredients
| 3 3/4 cup |
| Spelt Flour |
| 5 |
| Large Eggs |
| 1 Tbsp |
| Olive Oil |

| Water, if needed |

  Directions
- Place the flour and a pinch of salt (if desired) in a food processor and pulse a couple times.
- Pour in blended eggs and olive oil mixture.
- Blend until a ball is formed.
- Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead until thoroughly mixed. If needed, add water a Tbsp at a time until the dough is easy to work with.
- Roll out half the dough until desired thinness if reached. Aim for a rectangular shape.
- Cut in 2 1/2 inch wide strips and cut off any extra length so the noodles fit your lasagna pan.
- Repeat with other half of dough.
