Directions
- Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Mix in milk, honey hemp oil, and apple sauce.
- Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir well.
- Add oil or butter to a pan and put on Medium heat. The pan is heated when a drop of water sizzles when dropped onto the pan.
- Use a soup ladle to put batter into pan. Flip when bubbles appear and stay formed. You can put a lid on the pan to speed up the cooking time.
