| Green Beans |

| Broccoli |

| Mixed vegetables, frozen |
| 1 1/2 cup |
| Brown Basmati Rice, cooked |
| 1/2 cup |
| Aged Cheddar Cheese, cubed or grated |

| 1 cup |
| Cornmeal Flour |
| 2 Tbsp |
| Bread Crumbs |
| 2 Tbsp |
| Italiano Seasoning |
| 2 tsp |
| Salt |

  Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Oil pan and cook garlic, broccoli, and green beans. Stir in frozen vegetables and then turn off element.
- While waiting for the vegetables to cool, blend cans of beans in a food processor or blender.
- Stir beans and rice in a large mixing bowl.
- Blend cooled vegetables and aged cheddar cheese and add to mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Add eggs.
- Add cornmeal flour, bread crumbs, salt, and Italiano seasoning.
- Form mixture into patties and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Baking Instructions
Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes. Flip and then bake for 5 minutes more.
