  Ingredients
| Small Head |
| Red Leaf Lettuce, washed and cut into bite sized pieces |

| Hard-Boiled Eggs, peeled and sliced |

| Broiled Chicken Breast, sliced |

| Avocado |

| Bell Pepper, half of two different colors, washed and sliced |
| About 1 cup |
| Cherry Tomatoes |

| Carrots, peeled and sliced |
| 1/2 cup |
| Fresh Berries, strawberries (sliced) and blueberries are nice |
| 2-3 sticks |
| Green Onions, washed and sliced |
| 1/4 |
| Cucumber, washed and sliced |
| 1/4 cup |
| Sunflower Seeds |
| 1/4 cup |
| Hemp Seeds |

  Directions
- In a large salad bowl, put the red leaf lettuce on the bottom.
- Sprinkle bell peppers, carrots and cherry tomatoes evenly on top.
- Arrange the cucumber slices, avocado and fresh berries on top of that.
- Follow with the chicken and hard-boiled eggs.
- Top with the green onions, sunflower seeds and hemp seeds.
- Serve promptly with the balsamic vinaigrette dressing located in our sauces/dressings category or put in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Serves about 4 people. I usually make this and eat it for dinner for several days.
- This everything salad recipe is filling and nutritious! I feel great after eating it, especially in the summer when I want something cool and light.
