| Chicken Breasts |
| 6 cloves |
| Garlic, smashed and minced |
| 1/4 cup |
| Juice of about 1 and 1/2 lemons |
| 1 |
| Zest of one lemon |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Thyme |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Sage |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Marjoram |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Rosemary |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Parsley |
| 1 tsp |
| Mustard |
| To taste |
| Sea Salt and Black Pepper |

  Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix the lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, herbs and mustard together.
- Spread the chicken breasts out in a 9 by 13 inch pan.
- Spoon the garlic-herb mixture evenly on top of the chicken breasts.

Baking Instructions
Bake at 375F until a meat thermometer reads 165F. Let the chicken breasts rest for 5 minutes. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
