| Butter, melted |
| 1/2 cup |
| Blueberries |

  Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Add egg, milk, and melted butter, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in blueberries.
- Heat element to Medium heat and melt some butter or oil in a pan.
- Pan is heated when a drop of water sizzles when dropped on it.
- Use soup ladle to ladle batter into pan.
- Flip when bubbles in the center of the pancake pop and stay formed. Cover the pan with a lid to speed up the cooking process.
- Heat oven on low broil or 170 F and then turn it off. Keep cooked pancakes warm in there while cooking the rest.
