| Black Beans |

| Brown Basmati Rice, cooked |

| Minced Garlic |

| Mixed vegetables, frozen |

| Italiano seasoning |

| Taco seasoning |
| 1/2 cup |
| Aged chedder cheese, cubed or grated |

| 1 cup |
| Cormeal flour |
| 1/2 cup |
| Bread Crumbs |

  Directions
- Oil frying pan and over medium heat, cook garlic, green beans, and red pepper. Stir in the frozen vegetable mix. Cover the pan and turn the element off.
- In a food processor or blender, blend drained and rinsed soy beans and black beans and put in large mixing bowl.
- Stir the cooked brown basmati rice, taco seasoning and italiano seasoning into the beans.
- When the vegetable mix has cooled, blend it up in the food processor with the aged cheddar cheese. Add that to the bean mixture.
- Mix in eggs.
- Mix in cornmeal flour and bread crumbs.
- Place balls onto parchment lined baking sheet and form into patties.

Baking Instructions
Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes. Flip and then bake for 5 minutes more.
