| Healthy Apple Pork Loin Roast Recipe

| Pork Loin Roast |
| 1/4 cup |
| 100% Apple Juice |

| Garlic Cloves, minced |

| Medium Onion, chopped |

| Ginger, one inch cube, peeled and minced |
| 1 tsp |
| Lemon Juice |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Sage |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Rosemary |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Thyme |
| 1 tsp |
| Dry Mustard |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Cinnamon |
| 1/4 tsp |
| Nutmeg, optional |
| 1/4 tsp |
| Cloves, optional |

  Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325F.
- Add everything except the pork loin roast to a small mixing bowl and mix well.
- Place the pork loin roast in a baking pan.
- Pour the mixture over the pork loin roast.
- Stick an oven-safe meat thermometer at least 2 inches into the thickest part of the roast.

Baking Instructions
Cook in the oven until the meat thermometer reads 160F, approximately 85 minutes. Let the pork loin roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with apple sauce.
