  Ingredients
| 3/4 cup |
| Plain Balkan Style Yogurt, Fat Free |
| 3/4 cup |
| Sour Cream, Fat Free |
| 1/2 cup |
| Cream Cheese |
| 2 Tbsp |
| Mustard, Dijon preferably |
| About 6 cloves |
| Garlic, smashed and minced |
| 1/4 of a medium onion |
| Onion, shredded |
| A couple sticks |
| Green Onion, chopped |
| 2 tsp |
| Dried Dill |
| 1 tsp |
| Dried Oregano |
| 1 tsp |
| Dried Basil |
| 1 tsp |
| Lemon Juice |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Paprika |
| pinch |
| Cayenne powder, optional |
| to taste |
| Salt and Pepper |

  Directions
- Stir plain yogurt, sour cream, mustard and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Whisk in the dried herbs.
- Stir in the garlic, onion and green onion.
- Add paprika, salt, pepper and cayenne powder (if using). Mix well.
- This veggie dip is delicious with carrots, cucumbers, celery, peppers, cherry tomatoes, and broccolli.
- Store in the refrigerator.
