| Healthy Whole Wheat Peach Cobbler Recipe

  Ingredients
| 7-8 cups |
| Peaches, peeled and sliced |
| 1/2 cup |
| Honey |
| 2 Tbsp |
| Butter |
| 2 Tbsp |
| Olive Oil |
| 1/2 cup |
| Brown Sugar |
| 1 |
| Egg |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Vanilla |
| 1 cup |
| Whole Wheat Flour (or other whole grain flour) |
| 1/4 tsp |
| Sea Salt |
| 1 tsp |
| Baking Powder |
| 1/2 cup |
| milk |

  Directions
- I usually use a glass casserole pan for this dish but I'm sure anything similar would work.
- Spray your dish with olive oil.
- Melt the honey in a medium-size, microwave-safe bowl. Toss the peaches in the honey and spread on the bottom of the pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the butter, olive oil and brown sugar.
- Add the egg and vanilla. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder.
- Add dry mixture to batter alternatively with the milk.
- Pour the mixture on top of the peaches.

Baking Instructions
Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes.
