Spelt Blueberry Pockets Recipe

Directions
- Add liquid ingredients to bread pan.
- Add dry ingredients to bread pan.
- Form well in the flour and add yeast.
- Select the dough setting.
- When the dough cycle is complete place a third of it on a lightly floured surface and roll it out in a rectangular shape until it is thin.
- Cut the rolled out dough into 4 equal strips.
- Apply a thin layer of butter on each strip.
- Scoop a large, rounded spoonful of blueberry sauce (See Blueberry Sauce Recipe under Sauces. You will need to triple the batch of blueberry sauce for this recipe) onto one side of the strip.
- Sprinkle blueberry sauce with brown sugar.
- Fold the other side of the dough over and press the edges of both sides together firmly.
- Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Repeat for the other 2/3 of the dough.
Baking Instructions
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
