Healthy Whole Wheat Oatmeal Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 ½ cup | | Whole Wheat Flour |
| ½ tsp | | Salt |
| ½ tsp | | Baking Powder |
| 1 cup | | Butter, soft |
| 1 cup | | Brown Sugar |
| 1 cup |
| Honey |
| 2 |
| Eggs |
| 2 Tbsp | | Vanilla |
| 2 Tbsp | | Milk |
| 3 cups | | Oats |
| 1 ½ cup | | Chocolate Chips, Raisins, chopped nuts, and/or unsweetened, shredded coconut. |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat butter until creamy. Add sugars, honey, vanilla, and milk until fluffy. Beat in eggs.
- Stir dry ingredients into butter-sugar mixture.
- Stir in oats and chocolate chips, raisins, chopped nuts, and/or coconut.
Baking Instructions
350°F for 18 minutes, until cookie edges turn golden brown. Put cookies on cooling rack. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
