  Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix spelt flour, salt, and baking powder in small bowl.
- In a separate large bowl, mash bananas until creamy. Add butter, brown sugar, honey, vanilla, and milk. Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture.
- Stir in oats.
- Adding 1 1/2 cups of some chopped nuts, coconut, and/or chocolate chips is a great addition to this recipe.

Baking Instructions
350 F for 18 minutes (large cookies) or 19 minutes (extra large cookies). They will not look cooked but it's very important not to overcook these. Put cookies on cooling rack.
