| Healthy Whole Wheat Blueberry Rolls Recipe

  Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups |
| Water |
| 2 Tbsp |
| Butter |
| 2 tsp |
| Salt |
| 4 cups |
| Whole Wheat Flour |
| 4 tsp |
| Gluten Flour |
| 3 Tbsp |
| Milk Powder |
| 1/3 cup |
| Brown Sugar |
| 2 tsp |
| Yeast |

| FILLING: |

| Blueberry Sauce |
|
| Brown Sugar or Honey |
|

  Directions
- Add ingredients in the order given.
- Select Dough setting.
- When dough cycle is complete, roll the dough out in a rectangular shape on a lightly floured surface.
- Add a layer of blueberry sauce. (See Blueberry Sauce recipe under Sauces. You will have to double the Blueberry Sauce recipe for the small batch of blueberry rolls and triple the recipe for the large batch.)
- Sprinkle with brown sugar or honey.
- Roll up into a log and cut off pieces in roughly 2-inch segments.
- Place them in a parchment lined cake pan and gently push them down.
- Cover with a damp kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.

Baking Instructions
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
