| Healthy Whole Wheat Apple Cinnamon Buns Recipe

  Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups |
| Water |
| 2 Tbsp |
| Butter |
| 2 tsp |
| Salt |
| 4 cups |
| Whole Wheat Flour |
| 4 tsp |
| Gluten Flour |
| 3 Tbsp |
| Milk Powder |
| 1/3 cup |
| Brown Sugar |
| 2 tsp |
| Yeast |

| FILLING: |

| Butter |
|
| Apple Sauce or chopped Apple |
|
| Brown Sugar |
|
| Cinnamon |
|

  Directions
- Add ingredients in the order given.
- Select Dough setting.
- When dough cycle is complete roll it out in a rectangular shape on a lightly floured surface.
- Apply a thin layer of butter.
- Add a layer of apple sauce (see Apple Sauce Recipe under Sauces. The small batch of apple sauce will be enough) and/or finely chopped apples.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the apple layer.
- Roll up into a log and cut off pieces in roughly 2-inch segments.
- Place them in a parchment lined cake pan and gently push them down.
- Cover with a damp kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.

Baking Instructions
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
