  Ingredients
| 3 cups |
| Rolled Oats |
| 1/2 cup |
| Rye Flakes |
| 1/2 cup |
| Barley Flakes |
| 3/4 cup |
| Wheat Bran |
| 1/2 cup |
| Dried Papaya, unsweetened |
| 1/2 cup |
| Dried Cranberries, unsweetened |
| 1/2 cup |
| Dried Apricot, sliced |
| 1/2 cup |
| Dried Pineapple, unsweetened |
| 1/2 cup |
| Sliced Almonds |
| 1/2 cup |
| Sunflower Seeds |

  Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
- To Serve: Top with a couple tablespoons of shelled, raw hemp seeds or flax seeds. Follow with chopped fresh fruit or a big, rounded spoonful of applesauce. Eat with milk or yogurt.
- My grandpa has been eating this muesli for breakfast and lunch everyday for the last 10 years. He attributes his long-term health and well-being to the muesli!
