  Ingredients
| 4 cups |
| old-fashioned rolled oats |
| 1 1/2 cups |
| pumpkin seeds |
| 1 3/4 cups |
| peanuts |
| 1/2 cup |
| sunflower seeds |
| 1/2 tsp |
| cinnamon |
| 1/4 tsp |
| nutmeg |
| 1/2 cup |
| honey |
| 4 Tbsp |
| butter |
| 4 Tbsp |
| olive oil |

| AFTER BAKING ADD-INS: |
| 2 cups |
| raisins |
| 1 cup |
| dried currants |
| 1 cup |
| dried cranberries |

  Directions
- Mix all the dry ingredients (without the dried fruit) in a very large bowl.
- In a smaller, microwavable bowl, measure in the honey, butter, and oil and microwave until melted. Mix well.
- Pour the wet mixture onto the dry mixture and mix until well coated.
- Pour onto 2 parchment paper lined baking sheets (optional: give them a spray of olive oil)

Baking Instructions
Bake for 25 minutes at 300F, stirring well every 5 minutes to prevent clumping. Let cool for half an hour and then pour the granola into a big bowl. Pour in the dried fruit and mix well. Store in airtight container for a couple weeks or freeze.
