  Ingredients
| 1 1/4 cup |
| Water |
| 1 Tbsp |
| Oil |
| 1 tsp |
| Salt |
| 2 Tbsp |
| Honey |
| 2 3/4 cups |
| Whole Wheat Flour |
| 1 tsp |
| Oregano |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Basil |
| 1/2 tsp |
| Dill |
| 1/3 cup |
| Gluten |
| 1 1/2 tsp |
| Yeast |

  Directions
- Add to the bread pan in the order listed.
- Select the dough cycle.
- When the dough cycle is complete, separate the dough into 12 pieces for regular size pitas and 8 for large pitas.
- Take one piece and roll it into a ball.
- Place it on a lightly floured surface and roll out until it's thin (about 6 inches in diameter for the regular size pitas and 8 inches in diameter for the large pitas).
- Repeat for the rest of the dough.
- Set aside for 25 minutes.
- Place a couple pitas on a metal cooling rack and put into the oven for 4 minutes.
- When they come out of the oven they will be puffed up balls. Immediately cover them with a damp cloth.

Baking Instructions
500 F for 4 minutes.
