Whole Wheat Burger Buns

Whole Wheat Flour |

| 3 Tbsp | | Milk Powder | | 4 Tbsp |
| 1/3 cup | | Honey | | ½ cup |
| 2 tsp | | Yeast | | 3 tsp |
Directions
- Add liquid ingredients to bread pan.
- Add dry ingredients to bread pan.
- Form well in the flour and add yeast.
- Select the Dough setting.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- When dough is done, separate it into either 8 balls (for a small batch) or 12 ball (for a large batch) and place them on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Cover with damp kitchen towel and place in a warm place for about an hour.
Baking Instructions
Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes or until brown on top. The small batch makes 8 large burger buns and the large batch makes 12.
