| Whole Wheat Flour |
| 4 tsp |
| Gluten Flour |
| 3 Tbsp |
| Milk Powder |
| 1/3 cup |
| Honey |
| 2 tsp |
| Yeast |

  Directions
- Add liquid ingredients to bread pan.
- Add dry ingredients to bread pan.
- Form well in the flour and add yeast.
- Select the Whole Grain setting.
- Select 2 lb. Size of loaf.
- Select Crust Color.

Baking Instructions
Note: A bread machine is great for making dough but my family and I don't like the way the bread bakes in the bread machine. An alternate method for this recipe that we use in my household is we set the bread machine to dough cycle. When it's completed, we form the bread into a log shape and place it in a greased bread pan. We cover the bread pan with a moist tea towel and leave it in a warm place for 30-50 minutes to rise. Then we bake it at 375F for 25-30 minutes. The bread tastes so much better this way and you don't have to deal with getting that pesky little kneading attachment out of the bottom of the bread so it looks more presentable. And your kitchen smells heavenly!
