  Directions
- Halve and pit the avocados. Use a spoon to scoop the avocado from the peel into a small mixing bowl. Mash the avocado with a potato masher, until most of the chunks are mashed up. I think it's nice to have some chunks but it is up to your personal preference.
- Add 1/2 tsp of lemon juice to the mashed avocado and stir it in. Taste test the mixture before adding the rest of the lemon juice.
- Mix the sea salt and pepper into the guacamole.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Pair the guacamole with tortilla chips and/or vegetables.
- This is a base guacamole recipe but I encourage you to experiment with different flavors and spices like adding a small diced tomato to the avocados and mashing them up together or stirring in a 1/4 tsp of paprika, cayenne or chili powder to the guacamole before adding the sea salt and pepper.
